Dr. Juan Arturo Siordia is a board-certified interventional cardiologist based in Tucson, Arizona. An Arizona native from Nogales, Dr. Siordia has dedicated his career to advancing cardiovascular care through both clinical excellence and research innovation.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Banner University Medical Center South Campus. Recognized as Resident of the Year, Dr. Siordia went on to pursue fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease at HonorHealth, followed by an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
Dr. Siordia’s clinical and research interests include transcatheter aortic valve implantation/replacement (TAVI/TAVR), aortic diseases, and cardiovascular bioengineering. He holds multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals and has developed a patent in the field, reflecting his commitment to innovation in cardiac care.
He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is also board certified in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and vascular interpretation.
