About Southern Arizona Heart & Vascular
Our History
Southern Arizona Heart & Vascular was founded in 2016 by Dr. Santiago C. Ramirez, MD as a manifestation to offer patients in Southern Arizona comprehensive cardiac and vascular care with dedication and commitment to further therapy and prevention in the cardiovascular system. Since our inception, we have offered bilingual (English & Spanish) clinics in both Tucson and Nogales, AZ. We offer care in Cardiology, Endovascular Peripheral Vascular Care, noninvasive studies and ultrasonography, vein care, among others. We have developed an Outpatient-Based Lab to deliver care in venous interventions, angiography & peripheral arterial disease, nuclear medicine testing, for patients in the ambulatory setting.
